Our training programs are customised to meet the unique needs of each institution. We understand that every university has its own policies and organisational structure, and we work closely with each university to develop training that aligns not only with their specific requirements but that of the Office For Students. Our programs cover a range of topics, including gaining an understanding of harmful practices and its’ prevalence within higher education, recognising the signs of harmful practices, understanding the appropriate steps to take when a disclosure is made, how to appropriately risk assess whilst providing trauma-informed support.
